Lawrence: cheap New era winter hatsMost guys up there are slogging through the daily grind and then getting trashed on the weekend. There’s not a lot to do. I don’t know if the city of Fort McMurray would agree with us but I think the way we portrayed the lifestyle is fairly truthful.
Are you excited that the new movie provides some viewers with their first views of life in Fort McMurray, a city that really knows how to party?

Spence: I wanted the Dio poster in the film.wholesale New era winter hats I didn’t know it was going to be a giant picture of his face — I thought it was going to be a band poster. I’ve always seen Dio as Dean’s hero, the person he pays tribute to in terms of the lyrics and poetry he writes — it’s those spacey, fantastic lyrics. It was just synchronicity that we used “Die Young,” one of my favourite songs by Dio with Black Sabbath, in that scene and that Dio passed away during the post-production. I think everyone who sees that film will realize it comes from the right place. 
The opening party scene involves an amazing tribute to the late Ronnie James Dio — was it strange to you that he passed away not long before the film was finished?

Lawrence: It’s a double-edged sword because they’d also want to get drunk with us. It wasn’t enough for them to be like, “Nice to meet you.” They’d be like, “Come party.” And this would be from big, football-playing guys who grab you and put a beer in your hand and say, “You’re gonna shotgun this with me!”
